These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: GTC) apply to the wellness services available on our website (hereinafter: https://erawanthai.hu/). Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before using our services or purchasing a gift voucher.

Wellness Services

Payment after purchasing gift vouchers on our website is possible by bank card payment method or bank transfer. The bank card details are transmitted securely through the Barion Payment Zrt. system, so they do not reach the operator. Barion Payment Zrt. is an institution under the supervision of the Hungarian National Bank, license number: H-EN-I-1064/2013.

You can order gift vouchers by filling out the form on the website. The purchased gift voucher will be sent to the buyer by email. You can find further information about purchasing vouchers in the “TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PURCHASING GIFT VOUCHERS” section.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PURCHASING GIFT VOUCHERS

Gift vouchers can be purchased on the website or in person at one of our salons. In the case of online purchases, gift vouchers are sent in PDF format, while in the case of personal purchases, they are given in printed form.

Gift vouchers sent in PDF format are provided with a unique code, and the information of each issued voucher is stored and checked in a digital system for clear identification. Gift vouchers offered by third parties are not accepted. When redeeming a gift voucher, the user must present the voucher to the receptionist at the salon, or in its absence, to the person performing the treatment, either in printed or digital form. Erawan Thai Massage is not responsible for gift vouchers that are lost, stolen, damaged or used without permission.

Gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash, are not refundable, cannot be used with other promotional offers or loyalty cards, and cannot be used to purchase another gift voucher. Any transaction exceeding the value of the gift voucher must be paid for in cash or by credit card. Gift vouchers cannot be used for tips. Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. The expiration date cannot be extended. Gift vouchers include the type of service purchased and can be used at any Erawan Thai Massage salon. If you have an Erawan Thai Massage gift certificate, please inform us when booking.

Service Satisfaction

At Erawan Thai Massage we strive to provide the best possible service. Our goal is for all our guests to leave satisfied. If you are not completely satisfied with the service, please contact us within 10 days of the service provided. Although we are unable to refund the service fee, we are happy to resolve any issues that may arise.

Reservations

– We ask all guests to make an appointment in advance to use our services at our salon.
– If possible, please arrive ten minutes early for your booked appointment.
– Guests arriving without an appointment should note that availability may be limited.
– Appointments can be booked at www.erawanthai.hu or by phone.
– Please inform us of any allergies, previous reactions to other products or any other health concerns upon arrival!
– After submitting the reservation, you will receive an automatic system message about the success of the reservation. In case of any questions, problems, or time conflicts, our colleagues will contact you.
